Following the announcement of Malaysia's government to abolish the Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR), the Form Three Assessment (PT3) has also been canceled this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the increasing globalization and the rise of a knowledge-based economy, our ability to communicate — face-to-face and via digital media— is going to be more vital than ever. In other words, academic results will no longer be sufficient to serve as an assessment to measure a child's learning progress.
